This wallpaper, called You Have My Heart, was inspired by some of my favorite illustrators such as Amy Sol and Audrey Kawasaki. It’s a little bit of Megan Fox - meets the Blythe doll - meets a runway model. I opened up Photoshop and played a bit by cutting up a mix of images and painting over them. Enjoy.

This wallpaper, called A Bird Came Down, was inspired by a recent trip to the Miami Metro Zoo and is based on a photograph I took of this beautiful bird. I don’t recall what kind of bird it is exactly but I was entranced by the subtle shade of blue and stoic elegance.
For further inspiration I found a poem by one of my all time favorite poets, Emily DIckinson, which I named the wallpaper after.

Bird Came Down
A bird came down the walk:
He did not know I saw;
He bit an angle-worm in halves
And ate the fellow, raw.
And then he drank a dew
From a convenient grass,
And then hopped sidewise to the wall
To let a beetle pass.
He glanced with rapid eyes
That hurried all abroad,–
They looked like frightened beads, I thought;
He stirred his velvet head
Like one in danger; cautious,
I offered him a crumb,
And he unrolled his feathers
And rowed him softer home
Than oars divide the ocean,
Too silver for a seam,
Or butterflies, off banks of noon,
Leap, splashless, as they swim.
